We stand behind every product and service we offer. If you're not happy within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@tradiegrowth.com.au within 30 days of your purchase with:

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase
  • Your order/transaction ID (found in your Stripe receipt email)
  • A brief note about why you'd like a refund (optional but appreciated)

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Subscription Cancellations

For monthly subscriptions, the 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. After 30 days, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

  • Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase are not eligible unless required by Australian Consumer Law
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension
