By purchasing or using any service from Tradie Growth Strategy ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
We provide business growth consulting, digital marketing, coaching, and related services for trade business owners. Specific deliverables are outlined in your chosen plan at the time of purchase.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a subscription month (except within the 30-day money-back guarantee period).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. This applies to monthly subscriptions (first payment only) and one-time purchases. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
All content, templates, scripts, and materials provided are for your personal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share our materials with third parties.
Results mentioned are illustrative of what's possible and are not guaranteed. Your results will vary based on your effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state in which we operate.
